But seriously, we should spend more time in the resting #deepsquat position, sit less on chairs and stand and #move more instead. This was how our #caveman ancestors rest before chairs were invented.

Spending more time in the deep #squat when you're resting, eating, in between #workout sets, or even in the toilet when you take a💩 will yield huge benefits in your #mobility, #knee and #hip #health and even #digestion!
